Introduction – Why Motivational Stories Matter

Our life is a journey in which there are both happiness and joy. Our struggle sometimes confuses us and we lose our confidence in ourselves. Sometimes a small thing or story changes our life.

1.Confidence

Once a baby bird was standing on the branch of its nest and there was a huge storm. It felt that if it tried to fly, it might fall down or it might get lost in the storm. But it was feeling restless in its heart that if it did not decide to fly today, it might never know whether its wings were useful or not.

With this, it took a deep breath and fell down. As he fell, he felt that maybe he will not survive today but after some time he felt that there was a support of air under his wings. And this was the time when he flapped his wings and started to rise. With this he completed his first flight.

Motivational Message: We should have faith in ourselves because our strength is much more than our thinking.

2.Failure to Success

Once upon a time, a potter was turning clay on his wheel. He tried several times to make a pot from the clay but all the pots were breaking, people were laughing at him and saying to him that he would not be able to do it.

But the potter was not giving up. He thought that there is no problem with the clay, it is me who is lacking in something. Maybe my knowledge is still incomplete .He was always preparing something or the other, sometimes in the soil and sometimes in the wheel. And in this way he started learning to make pot and one day he became perfect in his work and then he made a strong pot which was extremely beautiful and very strong.

And when he took it to the market to sell, that very pot was sold first and he got a good price for it and he got a lot of praise too.

Motivational message: Losing is not a bad thing, but not learning from it is bad. It makes you better, it teaches you.

3.Nature

Once a farmer sowed a seed in his field, it was completely dark around the seed and he was hiding the seed, he thought he would die there, one day it rained and the soil became wet, then the luck of the seed shined and it started sprouting and as it sprouted, its head started coming out of the soil.

Initially it was very small and used to sway here and there due to gusts of wind but it never considered itself weak and with time it started growing big and became a tree, people passing by sit under it and take rest and many birds have also made their nests on that tree. In this way the tree gained its status.

Motivational Message: Sometimes small efforts can make a big task successful

4.Students

Once upon a time there was a boy who did not have electricity at home nor did he have any other resources but still his zeal to study motivated him and he started studying under a lamp. He would read only one page every night.

People would make fun of him saying what would be the use of reading just one page, but he would ignore what others said and do his work and read one page at night. In this way his age increased and he became very good in his studies. You will know that he was so good that he would come first in every exam and today that boy teaches the children of his village for free. people name him ”lamp light”.

Motivational Message: Small steps can bring big change

5.Life Struggles

This is the story of a caterpillar which gets trapped in a cocoon and it feels that its life is over now. But this is the beginning of its struggle and it keeps growing inside it, its strength keeps increasing and when it becomes fully developed, then it becomes a butterfly.

Then it has to break the cocoon and come out, which is the most difficult job, this job, it has to do with its wings, this is necessary because of the strength of its wings.

In this way a small insect turns into a fully developed butterfly.

6.Spirituality

There was a small child in a village who was so scared of darkness that he used to hide under the bed and even there he used to feel scared and would hold his mother tightly so that he could save himself.

Seeing this his father used to get very surprised and used to try to make him understand but he did not understand and then one day his father thought of a new solution and he called his son near him and said that son this darkness is nothing, it is visible only due to lack of light.

Like there is no darkness during the day, but he was still not understanding, then his father lit a lamp for him and made him stand in the darkness and explained that it can escape even with just a small lamp, so why should one be afraid of it.

Then the child took the lamp to his mother and told his mother, look mother, this small lamp has defeated the darkness. Hearing these words of his, the mother started laughing and said, son, this is what your father was trying to tell you, you should not be afraid of darkness.

Darkness can be dispersed even by a single spark. And then the child’s fear of darkness subsided and he started living happily.

Motivational Message: Darkness does not exist, it is only visible due to lack of light. Even lighting a small lamp can drive away darkness.

7.Hard Work

There were two people in a village who always used to wake up early in the morning and go to their fields.

One of them was very lazy. He used to wake up in the morning somehow but used to go to the field and sleep. The other one used to work very hard, plough the fields and sow the seeds. Then when he would tell the other one to also work in his field, he would ignore it and tell him to take rest.

Then when the crop came in the fields, the one who worked hard would be very happy and the lazy man would start regretting his actions.

We should not run away from hard work because it is what keeps our house running and this is life.

Motivational Message: Hard work always brings happiness in life

8.Positivity

Some time ago there was a drought in a village. The seeds sown by the farmers also started drying up under the earth.

Droughts started appearing on the earth. Seeing all this the villagers got scared thinking that this is not the end of the lives of all the villagers.

Then a small child went to his grandfather and started saying that grandfather will we ever be able to see greenery in our village again.

Hearing all this, Dada ji smiled and started telling the child that son, these seeds which we have grown in our fields are all buried in the soil and if it does not rain, they will also be shaken and when it rains, they will sprout and our fields will become green, you just be patient, everything will be fine.

Hearing this, the child became calm and then after some time it rained and all the fields became green again.

The life of the village is very difficult, still we have to have faith in ourselves and God.

Motivational Message: Whenever any problem comes in life then do not panic because everything definitely changes.
